General information

The 12th Summer School in Historical Sociolinguistics takes place at the University of Lausanne (CH) from 22-29 July 2018. Leading experts in the field of (historical) sociolinguistics and related disciplines offer classes for graduate students, postgraduate students and young – at heart – researchers. Participants also have the opportunity to present their own research at a special session.

Accommodation

Participants will be staying in student housing near the campus. Each participant will have a private room in an apartment shared with other students. Bathroom, kitchen and living rooms have to be shared. The apartments have a wifi connection.

As the rooms have been rented from 16 to 31 July 2018, participants are welcome to stay there before and shortly after the summer school, at no extra cost.
Earliest check-in: 2pm, July 16
Latest check-out: 12:00, July 31
Participants have to make their own breakfast.
Participants will be responsible for the cleaning of their room and flat before vacating the apartment.
