General information

This course introduces Creative Psychotherapies to those seeking a deeper understanding of the dynamics of creativity and human behaviour. During this course students will learn about the basic principles, the theoretical background, and experience various ways of practice.

No prior coursework or experience is required for enrolment. Rather than receiving instructions directed towards specific competences, participants will engage in guided exploration and experience. The course method focuses on the individual and his or her unique way of producing creative work and engaging with it. Course participants will learn to use creative work as a tool for communication and exploration of the subconscious, as well as develop a better understanding of the self and the social environment. Course methodology respects the individual’s ability and willingness to explore at one’s own pace in a confidential setting where it is safe to express both ideas and emotions.
